Kashima Antlers of Japan made a perfect start to their ALKASS International Cup campaign, beating Italian side Juventus 3-1. The Japanese side took a first half crucial lead in the 36th minute when Masaki Takada headed in after a poor timed move from the Italian goalkeeper Gianmarco Vannuchi.
The Bianconeris leveled the score seven minutes into the second half through Gabrielle Moncini, but Takahiro Honda put his team in front once again with another header and another poor move from the keeper.
The skillful Honda put the match beyond the Italian’s reach in the final ten minutes when he finished off a terrific counter attack with a superb goal.

Vasco Da Gama (4) Aspire International (1)
An entertaining first half saw the Brazilians taking a 3-1 lead, before substitute Rodrigo sealed the emphatic victory two minutes from time.
A beautiful left foot strike from Welington gave Vasco Da Gama the lead after only 8 minutes, and Lucas made it 2-0 in the 23rd minute from the spot.
Alassane Diallo reduced the deficit with what can be considered the goal of the match, sending a powerful free kick past the Brazilian keeper, but another penalty decision in the favor of the Brazilians gave Danilo a chance to add a third, and he made no mistake.
Substitute Rodrigo benefited from another moment of poor defending to secure the victory for the Brazilians.
